The three-game weekend couldn't have gone much better for the Rebels. After sweeping a home-and-home with Grand Forks, they got past Beaver Valley 3-1 on Sunday afternoon. Don't forget, the home opener is Friday night against Nelson (7:30, Complex).

Up Next: Upon further review, I see the league website has added a fourth preseason game for Castlegar, and it'll also be the first chance to get a look at the Nelson Leafs. That game goes Tuesday night at 7:00 at the NDCC Arena.
