Alden Suspension Increased To 3 Games

The KIJHL has now decided to increase the Erik Alden suspension to three games instead of the original one for his hit on Creston Valley's Travis Ludwar. I just got off the phone with KIJHL president Bill Ohlhausen. He says the league's discipline committee has decided to change the length of the suspension entirely due to the severity of the injury suffered by Ludwar. More details as they become available.
